PAYMENT
I accept Paypal only. If you choose to use the eCheck method, I will ship your order after the payment clears. If you are a MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY graduate, you receive an automatic 10% discount!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Registered airmail by DHL for worldwide shipment.
I can also ship via registered mail, meaning you have to sign for the item when it comes. Registered mail is also traceable. This insures that the order will reach the buyer.
If you prefer EMS shipping (arrives in 5-7 business days), please contact me.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
I will ship your order to the address you specify, so it is important that the address you're using for PayPal matches.
I'll ship your order within 2-4 business days after receiving your payment. Items take about 7-21 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) to reach most locations.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are offered if there is an error on my part. If an item is faulty, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Just email.
If you don't receive your package after 1 month, please email me and together we will work it out.
